The Wild Ride of Being a Writer
I’m a one-man army on a mission to inspire some folks with my writing. I love helping them rebuild their lives through my words, thoughts by writing poems or anything else. I’m determined to make my stay worth it.
Being a writer is a wild ride full of ups and downs, but for those who have a passion for it, it’s worth every moment. As a one-man army on a mission to inspire others through my writing, I’ve experienced the joys and challenges that come with being a writer firsthand. From finding my voice and struggling to be noticed on crowded platforms to the satisfaction of connecting with readers and making a difference in their lives, the journey has been an adventure unlike any other.
Being a writer is like having homework every night for the rest of your life. — Lawrence Kasdan
Writers are one of a kind in themselves lost in their own world with a pen in hand most of the time.
I think a writer writes with a purpose for those who care to read and for those who are looking for answers.
As a child, I always dreamed of being a published writer. But as life progressed, I have written less and less due to work and social commitments. I still have quite a stack full of incomplete stories in my EverNote app’s notebook.
When I first started out on my writing journey, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I tried out a few different platforms like Medium and while some of my experiences were good, others were bad. But I didn’t let that discourage me. I kept pushing forward, and I’m proud to say that I’ve made a name for myself as a writer.
My journey as a writer has been a wild ride, but I’m still here, swearin’ up and down that every minute was a treasure beyond compare. I have over 150 plus poems on allpoetry.com and some articles on Medium. Writing is a medium through which my soul expresses itself. But, sometimes I am afraid to write. Somehow, I write. It’s always better to express your heart rather than locking it and keeping it away, hidden in the runes of time.
I started writing for Medium around January 2021 and I would like to write when I have free time… whatever that is. I like to write a poem, now I also write an article as well.
As an Urdu speaker, I am not good at writing, partially because I could write in poor English and am new to self-publishing. It will take me a few times to improve my writing skills. I spend five to seven hours writing 200 to 300 words. With time, I learned how to write on different topics.
Personally, the best part about the medium platform is its versatility and the opportunities it creates for writers to connect and work together.

My main focus is on self-help content. I believe that everyone has the ability to improve their lives and reach their full potential, and I want to help people do just that. In my writing, I cover a wide range of topics, from mental health and personal growth to productivity and goal-setting.
I believe that by sharing my own experiences and insights, I can inspire others to make positive changes in their own lives. One of the things that I’m most passionate about is helping others overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck in your career, or just looking for ways to be more productive, I believe that my writing can help. So if you’re looking for some inspiration and guidance, I invite you to check out my other articles. You can find them on my Medium page.
I went through that experience once and regretted feeling not being read. Because at the end of the day, it is about fulfilling your desire of being a writer, be it published or unpublished.
One of the biggest struggles I faced on Medium was getting my work noticed. It’s a crowded platform, and it can be hard to make your voice heard. But I didn’t give up. I kept writing, and eventually, I found my niche. And now, I’m happy to say that I have a loyal following of readers who enjoy my work.
But it wasn’t just Medium that was a challenge
