Self-Cleaning Service

A Clean Heart & A Clear Mind’s Janitor Duty

We clean our homes, make them shine so bright,

But what about our hearts? Are they just right?

We mop the floors and polish each part,

Yet leave the clutter deep in our heart!

Fancy clothes, shiny shoes, oh, what a view,

But diamonds for dinner? They won’t do!

Outer beauty’s like cake frosting sweet,

Looks so good, but can't fill the need to eat!

And if we pause to look within,

Each mess in life needs cleansing to begin.

Negative thoughts, bad habits, old grime,

We should sweep them out, one step at a time.

Next time you’re caught in life’s grand display,

Pause and remember, clear the mess away.

Forget the glitter, the things that gleam,

True beauty lives where the heart’s kept clean!
