We must preserve Iqbal’s ideology for progeny.

Today’s story is a tribute to the immense Poet, Philosopher, and to the Extraordinary man “Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal”.

Who was Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal?

Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal, also known as Allama Iqbal was a South Asia Muslim writer, philosopher, lawyer, Sufi poet, and politician, He was seers of the humanity of all times and his poetry is a great source of inspiration for all.

For South Asia Muslims (Specifically Pakistanis); He was a “ National Poet” and “The dreamer of Pakistan”, whose vision of a cultural & political ideal for the Muslims of British-ruled India was to animate the impulse for Pakistan.

“Nations are born in the hearts of poets, they prosper and die in the hands of politicians.” Dr Allama Iqbal

Allama Iqbal’s revolutionary thinking took the nation out of its slumber and put it on the path of consciousness. He taught the nation a lesson of hope and selfness that will be written in golden letters forever.

Afrad Ke Hathon Mein Hai Aqwam Ki Taqdeer

Har Fard Hai Millat Ke Muqaddar Ka Sitara!!

Translation:

Nations’ destiny is in the power of the individuals.

Every individual is the star of the community.

As a poet and thinker Allama Iqbal had exceptional qualities vested in him, the poetic themes used in his compositions suggest that he was on a mission with his pen.

In one of his translated poems for the youth: Open Secrets, Iqbal wrote this:

“A nation whose youth are endowed

With self as strong and hard as steel:

No need of piercing swords in war

Such people brave can ever feel.”

Allama Iqbal was a devotee of the Great Turkish scholar Mevlana Jalal Uddin Rumi. Iqbal narrates himself as Mureed-e-Hindi (devotee from India) and Mevlana as Pir-e-Rumi (saint from Rome). The poetry and philosophy of Mawlana Rumi bore the deepest influence on Iqbal’s mind.

Deeply grounded in religion since childhood, Iqbal began intensely concentrating on the study of Islam, the culture and history of Islamic civilization, and its political future, while embracing Rumi as his guide.

Anyway!!! I don’t want you all to wait any longer who are keen on the poetry of Great Allama Iqbal.

Because My favorite poem and I am keenly interested in the poetry of Allama Iqbal. He is our national poet if you read his poetry it makes you able to get success in this world and the next world.

This “ Har Lehza hai Momin” is a very beautiful and motivational poem by Allama Iqbal. This poem’s poetry is so deep. When you know the meaning of this poetry.

You don’t stop your tears coming out your eyes Automatically.

You don’t know why ?

But You don’t control on your feelings and emotions.

And you realise Who are you and Where are you stand

I think It happened when there is a kind of link in your soul.

If you listen and read this poem with English transition then you can easily understand “How deep its meaning”.

Har Lehza hai Momin ( English Translation)

A Muslim true gets grandeur new
with moment’s change and every hour
By words and deeds he gives a proof
Of Mighty God, His reach and power.

To rout the foes, to grant them reprieve,
Do pious deeds and show great might
Are four ingredients that make
A Muslim Devout who shuns not fight.

With Gabriel trusted and steadfast
This clay-born man has kinship close
A dwelling in some land or clime
For himself Muslim never chose.

This secret yet none has grasped
That Muslim Scripture reads so sweet
Practicing rules by it prescribed,
Becomes its pattern quite complete.

The Faithful acts on aims and ends
That Nature keeps before its sight
In world he sifts the good and bad,
In future shall judge wrong and right.

While dealing with friends and mates,
He is dew that thirst of tulip slakes:
When engaged with his foes in fight,
Like torrent strong makes rivers shake.

The charm of Nature’s eternal song
In Muslim’s life, no doubt is found
Like chapter Rahman of the Koran,
Is full of sweet melodious sound.

Such thoughts that shine like lustrous stars
My brain, like workshop, can provide
You can select the star you like,
So that your Fate this star may guide

Do you understand any thing?

It’s about original graceful Muslims.

This poem is about the definition of a true Momin. You will get the true feelings if u understand the meaning of this all-time great poetry which is meant to pay tribute to a Momin. it is ever boosting Muslims’ feelings and renewing their Eman. Purity and beauty of Muslim character explained in this poem By Allama Iqbal.

The best description of a Muslim. A true Momin keeps on giving you the pleasant dimensions of his character with the accordance of Quranic teachings.

Muslim: Someone who believes in Allah and in Islam (Shahada).

Momin: Someone who believes in Allah and in Islam and also establishes five pillars of Islam.

Some people have never seen such a beautiful definition of a Momin.

Be aware of your own worth, use all of your power to achieve it. Create an ocean from a dewdrop. Do not beg for light from the moon, obtain it from the spark within you.

Reunite again and make Islam a superpower again. Distance yourself from all sins and become a true Muslim. Allah is our biggest weapon.

Har Lehza Hai Momin Reaction:

That is great I have a lot to say, but I can not find words now to write them to expose my feeling whenever I listen or read it.

This poem randomly popped into my head so here I am.

I’m stunned by the magical & melodious impact of it upon me. I felt fully charged with “ Eman”.

what a beautiful, eloquent masterpiece all over Such spiritual writings are my ideal and my inspiration Allama Iqbal.

To be honest no one can write like him. There is no replacement of him.

I’ve seen many reactions but These responses are so natural and impressive from the heart.

Allama Iqbal wrote about the characteristics of a True Muslim in such a way that is very Emotional and powerful. You are not the only one who cries while listening or reading to this poem, everyone who understands what really the meaning of it, can’t control and stop his / her emotions.

Har Lehza Hai Momin on Rabab:

Final Thoughts:

The greatest threat to humanity today rises from violent differences between cultures. It was Allam Iqbal, who a century ago taught why Muslims are distinct & that mutual respect was the only lasting hope for survival among diversity.

I think it is my utmost responsibility to pass on these concepts of Iqbal as it is to the Other and next generation.

verily good deeds do away with evil deeds.

And that is a reminder for those who remember.

Be patient with yourself. And Keep learning!!

I will be calmer, I will spread love as long as I can, I will live a spiritual life, I would do what I please no matter what and I would prove my theories.

Always start your day with renewing your intention that everything you do for yourself and your community, whether it be your acts of worship or daily chores. It all has to be merely for the sake of Allah (SWT) and Also, I ask Allah (SWT) to make my work dedicated only to him and forgiveness from Allah (SWT), if I have got anything wrong. It is He who is the hearing, the knowing.
